Description
We have run a popular South Asian street food stand at Smorgasburg /Brooklyn flea/Queens Night Market etc. for many years and we are opening a Kiosk in midtown, starts Monday on 5/10, yep that soon.
We need phenomenal front persons (talk the talk, take orders, make plates/drinks and manage etc.) and chef to make Indian Roti’s (we will train ye).
Ideal candidates would have
- A great attitude and genuine passion for food related matters
- NYC food handlers license (needed for at least one person)
- Restaurant or kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
- A sense of humor (you need it to deal with New Yorker's) and the gift of the gab (for the bemused tourists)
What we offer
- $18/hour, tip money and a share of the profits
- Two month gig starts this MONDAY (05/10), runs from Mon-Frid
- Hours are usually from 10 AM to 6 PM (to be staggered based on demand)
