Construction Company currently seeking Skilled Carpenters. Required: -Driver's License -Construction Experience -FINISH CARPENTER Reliable, detail-oriented, FINISH CARPENTER needed for successful full-service contracting company. A MINIMUM of 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE, a valid driver's license, own a RELIABLE vehicle and basic hand tools are required. Pride in your work is a must. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. Suitable candidate would be required to ensure the quality of the completed work and meet the company's high standards of workmanship. You must be self-motivated, clean cut, neat in appearance, maintain a clean job site, and communicate effectively with other employees and subcontractors. You are responsible for reviewing and interpreting plans, sketches, and work orders, and ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner. This is a drug-free work zone with a zero tolerance policy! Responsibilities and Duties -Installation of interior and exterior doors -Installation of windows -Installation of interior trimwork, crown moulding, etc. -Installation of custom cabinetry -Qualifications and Skills General overall construction knowledge of other trades such as: -HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical for job coordination -Custom wall paneling (wainscoting), and built-ins is expected -Tile work is a plus, not a requirement Benefits: -Weekends and Holidays Off -Opportunity for advancement is available upon performance review.
