Jazz/Pop pianist/organist sought by jazz vocalist who is forming a vocalist/ pianist/ bass trio. You must be able to read and transpose sheet music on sight. Lead sheets will be provided. You must also provide your own transportation to gigs which are usually on Saturdays and 1 hour in length. Rehearsals are required. The repertoire is mostly standards including music from Nat Cole, Burt Bacharach, Johnny Hartman and Frank Sinatra. The pop material includes songs from Marvin Gaye, The Beatles & Sam Cooke. You must provide proof of vaccination. Medium level experience is acceptable. There is also a dress code for most of the gigs.
