Description

Employee will be performing custodial duties for the lobby, hallways and common areas of ocean front building to include picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning and stocking bathrooms, cleaning windows, and minor building maintenance and repairs. Attention to detail and pride in workmanship a must. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Applicant must be able to follow direction, work safely, and show up on time. This is a full-time year-round position with 40+ hours guaranteed with benefits after 90 days of continued employment. New employees will need to undergo a drug test and background check.
