Position Category: General Laborers (Full Time & Long Term) *No drug and background check required* Position: We are seeking multiple Warehouse Production Team Members that are available to start work immediately. As a Warehouse Production Team Member, you will be responsible for sorting, cutting, hand packaging and monitoring automated packaging machines for a variety of textiles in a friendly and team work style environment. Other responsibilities include measuring the weight of packaged boxes which are up to 50lbs, stacking boxes onto a pallet, and monitoring state of the art packaging machinery. Warehouse Production Team Members will report to and be supervised at all times by our warehouse production supervisor and our warehouse manager. We do not have any immediate needs for High-Low Drivers at this time. Location: East Outer Drive & Mt. Elliot Street Hours: 1st Shift 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. 1 Hour Lunch (unpaid). We also offer employees the opportunity to work overtime throughout the work week and occasional Saturdays (Up to 5 hours). Employees will be paid time and a half for any hours worked over 40. Employees must have reliable transportation. Compensation: Hourly – Bi-Weekly Pay Structure: Starting Hourly Rate: $10.65 After 60 days of employment, employees are eligible for an increase in hourly pay up to $11.65 with completion of a successful performance review. After 120 days of employment, employees are eligible for an increase in hourly pay up to $13.50 with completion of a successful performance review. After 6 months of employment, employees are eligible for a promotion into a Production Supervisor role along with an increase in hourly pay up to $17.50 with completion of a successful performance review. GET PAID FAST!! Employee Incentive Programs: Employees are eligible to participate in a weekly Pay Advance program. After working a full week, employees are eligible to receive a check in hand for up to 50% of their earnings for that work week. Pay advances will be distributed to employees Friday afternoons for those enrolled in the program. Pay advance cannot exceed 50% of the employee’s total gross pay. Pay advance will be paid in $5.00 increments only. Total amount of pay advance will be deducted from next payroll. Employees with perfect attendance in the first 90 days of employment will receive a bonus of $100. $100 bonus for any employee referrals successfully hired. A successfully hired referral refers to that individual completing 30 days of employment. Both the employee and referral must have 30 days of Work Environment: Warehouse, Assembly Line, Production.
