We are looking for a cleaner skilled in commercial cleaning or is willing to learn. We are hiring for multiple routes in Orlando and surrounding areas. We are looking for people that are detail oriented and team players ready to join a growing company. We have opportunities for advancement for the right candidates. Responsibilities • Clean and disinfect, stock and supply designated facility areas (i.e. paper towels & toilet paper) • Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop floors, clean ceiling fans and vents • Clean and service restrooms • Collect and dispose of all trash • Inspect areas for completion and quality after each service • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs (as needed by the team leader) • Stock and maintain supply rooms • Kept janitorial closets clean and organized • Follow all health and safety regulations • Be an ambitious team player • Typically works when facilities are closed to the public • Maintain a level of security in buildings such as locking doors, storing keys and using access codes for restricted areas Skills • Proven working experience as a cleaner or willing to learn • Ability to work safely with a variety of cleaning solvents • Able to use basic cleaning equipment • Ability to manage your time efficiently • Close attention to detail • Desire to grow in knowledge in this industry • Familiarity and/or willingness to learn Material Safety Data Sheets • Honest and trustworthy • Reliable and comes to work with a can-do attitude • 3 years of commercial experience preferred Driver’s license required US work authorization required Night shift required High school or equivalent Spanish preferred
