Hello I'm looking for a female blue Russian cat. I prefer one that isn't spayed. Mainly because I've always had problems with fixed cats. She'd be an indoor cat with plenty of room to explore and have fun. With lots of toys for sure! Me and my grandmother are on low-income so we can't pay a huge fee. But we are able to pay a small fee.
