Hi we are seeking a cleaner/janitor to assist in cleaning the common areas of a condo association and common areas in a office/warehouse. Looking for a dependable person with an eye for detail. The condo association is located in the West Loop and is for 3 hours at 5 days a week. The job can be performed any time between 8 am and 5 pm. Duties are cleaning and insuring the proper presentation of all common areas. The office/warehouse job is located in Douglas Park and is for 3 hours at 5 days a week. The hours would be 4 pm to 7 pm. Although, we are a little flexible on these times. Duties include cleaning offices, bathrooms, break areas, and other common areas. Pay is $15/hour to start.
