Sunroom Installer Crew Lead About Four Seasons Sunrooms by Ambiance Additions: Ambiance Additions, area’s leading installer of Four Season’s Sunrooms and Patio Rooms, is looking for new team members to join our team in a full-time role! You will be trained on our products and installation guidelines for constructing our products at our customers' homes in Southern California. Ambiance Additions recently celebrated its 30th Anniversary. We are one of the area’s oldest and most established remodelers in the Southern California area and we continue to grow. Our comprehensive line of services include: Patio covers, patio enclosures, Sunrooms, Replacement windows. We install, remodel, service and finance all products we sell. We have a large backlog and an IMMEDIATE NEED for an installation Crew Lead who is ready to work ASAP and want to add to his/her portfolio of skills. Training will be provided for qualified individuals, ideally with experience in any of the following trades; framing and installation of sunrooms, patio covers and/or replacement windows. Training will be provided. Successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Clean driving record with own Truck Willingness to learn new techniques 3-5 years prior experience in construction involving carpentry, roofing, sunroom, patio-room or window installation Experience in the use of all personal and hand tools Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience: Construction: 3 years (Required) Carpentry: 1 year (Required) Window installation: 1 year (Preferred) Framing: 1 year (Preferred) Caulk work, trim and finish: 1 year (Preferred) Responsibilities: Review project file and manage day to day processes to insure speedy completion to company expectations Ensure all projects are installed per project specifications and manufacturers guidelines Responsible for the installation in a safe and timely manner Communicate with customers in a professional manner on day to day basis. Ensure materials, products, tools, and resources necessary to complete assigned projects are available as needed Coordinate with office to insure required inspections etc. are completed on time. Requirements: Be available to work day shift: 6:30am – 3:30pm Own reliable work truck, fully insured Own reliable carpentry and hand tools, table saw, drill gun Able to lift 100 pounds frequently Be able to assist in loading/unloading of construction materials including windows, doors, metal framing Professional appearance Comfortable on a standard commercial ladder Pay (DOE $25-$35) Ambiance Additions is an Equal Opportunity Employer Zero Tolerance Policy (Random Drug Testing) Background Checks
