We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Responsibilities: • Supervise 7 maintenance staff • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition • Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs • Perform routine maintenance tasks • Organize custodial closets and spaces • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment • Order office supplies • Manage outside vendors as needed Qualifications: • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields • Ability to handle physical workload • Strong attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Experience managing a team • Spanish a plus
