Need to hire a foreman for residential remodels, additions and commercial tenant improvement projects located in Orange and Los Angeles county area. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, honest, and comfortable interacting with customers. Must be able to lead a crew and perform work himself. Must be able to manage a job from start to finish and stay on schedule. Salary based on proven skill level $25 - $30 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: - Short term travel from time to time is required - Own truck and tools - Valid CA driver’s license - All Employees must present proof you can work legally in USA - Attention to detail & takes pride in work - Ability to work alone and in groups - No drugs or alcohol - References required SKILLS REQUIRED: -Minimum 5 years in construction -Demolition, framing, insulation, drywall, carpentry, flooring, windows/doors, t-bar and minor electrical/ plumbing. -Read project plans and specifications Click reply above and email resume or brief work history.
