Building Maintenance technician needed for commercial office buildings in Anaheim. Person would be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the properties, and responding to Tenant work requests. (Central) Air Conditioning experience is a major Plus. This would be a full time position, Monday-Friday. Qualifications: Ability to do light plumbing & electrical repairs (changing lights, faucets, etc…). Ability to understand and adjust Air Conditioning thermostats. Ability to paint, patch and perform other light maintenance. Ability to work independently and interact with tenants in a professional manner. Ability to use basic technology such as email and smartphone to receive and respond to work orders. Ability to work after hours for on-call emergencies. Reliable vehicle is required. Take direction from the Property Manager. Ability to work as a team player. Ability to follow oral and written direction in English.
