UEC Roofing is currently hiring Project Managers. The Manager of UEC Roofing manages and directs the roofing department. The priorities and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to - * Strategic planning * Quality assurance & problem resolution * Meet company objectives & deadlines * Develops system and controls to ensure compliance with quality standards * Responsible for managing budget & reaching revenue goals * Supervision of department * Responsible for overall safety, direction, coordination, scheduling & evaluation of employees * Will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with companies policies and applicable laws * Planning projects * Assigning & delegating work/responsibilities * Performance evaluations * Addressing & resolving any complaints and/or problems * Customer service * Spot checking installers/techs * Final walk thru of job to ensure its complete, clean and acceptable and ready for walk thru with customer * Walk thru of jobs with customers to ensure they're happy and satisfied with work and company Company vehicle will be provided to qualified individual Must have a valid CA Driver's License and clean driving record.
