HUD Certified Homebuyer Education Workshop in person. This workshop is designed for potential homebuyers who are serious about taking control of the home buying process and want to be prepared to make the right decisions. These workshop take the mystery out of the home buying process. Also, a Certificate of Completion is available upon attendance of the class. This certificate fulfills the education requirements for certain loans and down payment assistance programs. Our Homebuyer Education classes are held on Saturdays at least once per month Or one on one. Date: Saturday 5/15/2021 Time: 9:30 am Contact: Mrs. Scotland Cost: 60 for the Certificate Notes: The certificate from the workshop provides access to city, county and statewide down payment assistance programs based on eligibility. Certificates are good for 1 year.
