Professional Groomer 55% Comm - Medical - PTO

We are looking for a motivated, friendly (normal), Professional Groomer, who works well with other people and has experience doing breed cuts on a variety of breeds. This position starts at 55% commission and includes 80% medical coverage, a week of PTO after the first 6 months, and is for someone able to do 6-8 dogs/day or more. All tips are kept by the groomer. This position does not include a bather to assist. However, we do have a cleaning crew to help with laundry and cleaning. This is a W2 position and groomers are considered employees, not contractors. All appts are made by our office team and we use Gingr App for software. We have 3 other Pro Groomers and 2 House Groomers (bathers) working independently at the same shop. This position would include working in the same room as 1 other person. Must be willing to sign a non-solicitation agreement upon hire. Must be able to handle all breeds, sizes, and weights. Start times and days are negotiable. All customers and employees are required to wear masks and socially distance. Regular cleaning is done throughout the day.
