GT Foundations seeks carpentry subcontractor (1099) to work with established crew on projects in Los Angeles area. Requirements: • Must be a well-rounded carpenter with min. of 8 years of experience. • Knowledge of rough and finish carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing and finishing experience. • Understands and is proficient in safely operating carpentry power tools and equipment to complete scope of work. • General knowledge of reading blueprints, building plans, shop drawings and other specifications preferred. • Must have own tools. • Flexibility to work different shifts. • Punctuality is a must. • Reliable transportation to work site.
