Please help us find our dog Jeff

Like the title says, we need your help to find our beloved dog. He's a grey yorkie poodle mix, 7 years old, 7 lbs, with small white dots on his nose. He was last seen Monday 5/3 at 5:15PM near 6th avenue and W exposition blvd in Jefferson Park, CA. Also, we got a message today (5/5) that he was possibly seen on 3rd Avenue and Obama at 9AM. Please if you have any information message me ASAP. Any help is very much appreciated.
