We're looking for two experienced cleaners to take on self managed roles ASAP! Position Summary In this role, you will establish relationships with both residential and commercial clients, clean office spaces/break rooms/restrooms, and perform administrative duties when required. Successful candidates will be detail oriented and dedicated to excellence in cleaning and customer service. We are a young company and are looking for those who are interested in growing with us! If you qualify for the role, we will give you the tools and training to succeed. Our clients become yours so that you can maintain a consistent schedule throughout the week and build relationships with our customers! Job Requirements • Valid Driver’s License • Positive reference check • Completion of training Responsibilities Cleaning Appointments • Clean small business office spaces and/or residential homes, ensuring tasks outlined in cleaning checklists are completed to the highest standards • Work with minimal supervision • Establish positive relationships with clients by earning their trust and respect • Deliver the highest quality of customer service possible • Report to work on time each day • Comply with proper safety policies and procedures(i.e. when using cleaning supplies, reporting incidents, etc) Administrative Duties • Collect payments from clients when required • Keep an accurate log of appointment details • Report any complaints, issues, and problems as soon as possible after incidents If you're interested in joining a young team of professional cleaners and you see the opportunity in this self-managed role, please, tell me more about yourself in an email and why you're the best fit for this job.
