Need someone tomorrow at 11:15AM ( May 6, 2021 ) to make a list of repairs needed for the house I am buying. It will take from 1-2 hours to make a list of repairs.
If you are handyman and you can do work than at closing a good chance that we will work together.
You will be checking for me :
1.Roof, siding, windows, gutter/leaders, steps, railing etc..................OUTSIDE
2. Floorings, walls, ceilings, mouldings, steps, bathrooms, electric panel AMP etc
We may come to an agreement if the price is right when I close on a house - Sometimes in a month or two
