*Immediate Opening* Residential Porter/Maintenance Trainee

Large privately held Property Development/Management company has an immediate opening for a Porter/General Laborer at a multi-site Rental Community in Franklin Park. Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation. Opportunity for growth/training. Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas, parking lots and other community buildings • Remove trash and recycling daily from the building and transport to outside dumpster areas • Remove trash from the community perimeter on a daily basis • Assist the Superintendent and other maintenance staff with work orders • Assist in the preparation of market ready units • Clean apartments/units at time of turnover • Understanding of appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry repair is a plus Valid Driver's License required.
