IS HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS IN CALHOUN, GA! FOR WALK-IN WEDNESDAYS - UP TO $1,500 IN SIGN ON BONUSES Serger $14.00 - $15.00 / hour, Full-time Responsibilities Responsible for operating the serger/binding machine to secure all sides and corners of rugs. Responsible for performing this job in a quality and productive manner. Expected to maintain all housekeeping items and follow all housekeeping procedures associated with the position. Responsible for removing product off stacks and pulling product to the serger machine. Responsible for removing improper serging/binding and repairing thread breaks. Responsible for changing thread, binding, and/or needles. Responsible for pushing product to the tailburner. Utility Operator $14.00 - $15.00 / hour, Full-time Responsibilities Responsible for moving product from various areas within the department including pushing buggies of rugs, transporting rugs, lifting rugs, stacking rugs, etc. Expected to maintain all housekeeping items and follow all housekeeping procedures associated with the position. Responsible for lifting or moving heavy objects. Responsible for transporting correct stock item and number of units from inventory. Responsible for ensuring the Customer Compliance Requirements are met. Expected to follow all safety regulations associated with the position Press Operator $15.00 - $16.00 / hour, Full-time Responsibilities Set up, operate, and oversee automated processes to manufacture molded mat products. Technical operations: Perform all activities related to the effective startup, continuous operation, and shut down of automatic machines, using computers and operational software; Perform frequent visual and manual inspections to ensure proper operational functioning; Troubleshoot various machine malfunctions to expedite problem resolution and maintain production levels. Quality: Observe continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure that products meet specifications and to prevent or detect jams or malfunctions, adjusting as necessary; Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications and standards. Housekeeping: Use rakes and air hoses to maintain cleanliness of machinery in order to ensure efficient and effective operations. Sustainability: Trim excess material and collect crumb rubber scraps to be recycled internally for reuse. Reporting: Record stops in production and explanation for stops to be reported back to supervisor and technical experts for efficiency improvement opportunities Weaver - $1500 sign on bonus $16.00 - $17.00 / hour, Full-time Responsibilities: Responsible for efficiently operating the weaving loom including checking the face for quality defects, correcting defects, threading yarn, replacing yarn which may have run out from the creel, etc. Responsible for repairing minor weaving machine malfunctions and blowing out the machine. Responsible for performing this job in a quality and productive manner. Expected to maintain all housekeeping items and follow all housekeeping procedures associated with the position. Responsible for lifting or moving heavy objects. Expected to follow all safety procedures for the job duties assigned
