As the global leader in multifamily real estate, we have an exciting opportunity for an *Apartment Turn Technician* to join our team! MONDAY-FRIDAY SCHEDULE! Location: The Kingston Residences - Kingston, NY Job Description The Make Ready Specialist will be responsible for the final touch up work on units at a volume of 15-20 apartments per month. The ideal candidate with have a minimum of 3 years' of related experience. Must be able to work independently and have good organizational skills What your day might look like Completes all needed repairs and improvements to apartment homes including changing outlets and switches, install smoke detectors, change filters, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC units. Remove and install vanities, toilets, faucets, light fixtures and medicine cabinets/mirrors in apartment homes. Ensures items have been properly caulked and sealed as needed around windows, sink areas, toilets, bathtubs, and showers Inspects all sheetrock for damage, and repairs and/or replaces as needed. Performs touch-up paints for vacant and occupied units as directed by Construction Manager. Install blinds, adjust cabinet and doors, replace door hardware. Perform final unit cleaning.
