Fix my LG Refrigerator water dispenser

I've got an LG fridge, model number is LFX23961ST. Please only hit me up if you are an LG pro and believe you know exactly the problem based on the description below. - Water dispenser has stopped working - Water inlet valve has already been replaced - The last guy to look at it determined that it was an electrical problem but he couldn't fix it Again, please only hit me up if this sounds like something you are very familiar with and ready to fully diagnose and repair. Respectfully, I'm not interested in having someone charge me just to tell me to buy a new fridge. Other than water dispensing this thing is working super well and I don't want to see it put into a landfill over the water dispenser. Please email me if this is a fit, thanks!
