We have an immediate opening for a Full time Residential General Maintenance person. The duties include performing maintenance and repairs in the following areas: Painting, Carpentry, and Drywall. Must be knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in these areas. Requires 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Can work independently without immediate supervision. Can communicate & has a positive can-do attitude You need to have a clean and valid driving record, and you must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
