Vacation Rental Maintenance We are a rapidly growing Vacation Property Management Agency located along the beautiful St Petersburg area beaches. We are looking for an outgoing and extremely reliable individual capable of assisting with daily property inspection, maintenance, and Guest service work. The position will start as part-time, but could lead to full-time for the right person. A great attitude, presentable appearance, and friendly manner are critical to success in this position. Required Duties Include: Work with Guests to resolve any and all maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Perform daily post-cleaning inspections Perform varied maintenance tasks (must own good basic toolset). Should be familiar with basic household plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair. Perform touch-up cleaning when necessary Be available for 24hr on-call maintenance 2-3 times per week The successful applicant will be clean and presentable to Guests and Property Owners. Must be able to quickly assess various household maintenance issues and understand how to repair. Politeness and a positive manner are absolutely necessary. Reliable personal transportation required. Must be able to work any day of the week between the hours of 12:00pm and 6:00pm. Saturdays are usually required, other days will vary. Must be available for 24hr "on-call" work 1-2 days per week. Pay: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
