Job Description Scrub Club Cleaning Service – HIRING IMMEDIATELY Job Type: Hiring Contractors and Employees Salary:40% of each job, typically $20-$35 per hour (dependent upon productivity) Location:Traverse City, MI (and surrounding area) Positions: (1) Three days per week your choice but must have a Friday, Saturday or Sunday included June through October (2) 5 days per week your choice Monday-Sunday One Friday, Saturday, or Sunday must be included Choosing the days you're available does not mean you will automatically get work, we have busier days and slower days so a highly requested work day may be given to the best performer. Sales and performance bonus to those who go above and beyond given at owners discretion Residential Housekeeper Job Description: Professionally clean client’s homes using suggested products and procedures recommended by Scrub Club Cleaning Service. Overall objective is to leave the client’s home or vacation rental looking and smelling freshly cleaned. This includes but is not limited to: Dusting Cleaning hanging fixtures and knicknacks Dusting/washing baseboards Clean windowsills Clean, sanitize, and deodorize all bathroom fixtures, showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and vanities. Clean, sanitize, and deodorize all kitchen fixtures, sink, counters, cupboard doors and appliances Any furniture than can be reasonably moved will be cleaned under and behind. Sometimes beds will be made Sometimes laundry is required Vacuuming and mopping Residential Housekeeper Qualifications: Highly ethical and discreet Positive attitude and ability to maintain the highest level of service standards Enjoys and takes pride in being a career, professional housekeeper Has ability to keep morale high in stressful situations & maintain good working relationships with all cleaners, staff, and clients Integrity, reliability, adaptability Keen eye and high level of attention to detail Excellent time management, planning and organizing skills Excellent follow through and effective communication skills Forward thinker with the ability to look ahead and anticipate needs, takes initiative Proactive and creative problem solver – must maintain a “sense of urgency” and be able to anticipate needs before they arise Scrub Club Cleaning Service housekeepers are expected to maintain a professional appearance. (Tattoos and piercings allowed.) Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation with valid insurance. Physical ability to reach, kneel, and climb stairs. This is a physically demanding job.
