The Night Custodian will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of our facility to ensure a clean environment for a positive member experience. Duties and Responsibilities •Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor, and other routine maintenance •Stock locker rooms and gym floor with proper supplies/paper products Qualifications/Requirements •Custodian experience is preferred •Punctuality and reliability is a must •Ability to work third shift is a must •Honesty and prime work ethic •Capability to solve problems independently • Must demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions including using appropriate behavior and language •High School diploma/GED equivalent required •Must be 18 years of age or older Physical Demands •Requires a long period of standing and walking throughout shift; may include 8 or more hours. •Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs •Will handle cleaning chemicals during shift: MSDS guidelines followed.
