Apartment complex on Southside Blvd has opening for 2 maintenance techs. Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in Apartment complex maintenance. Fully experienced in HVAC is necessary. Candidate with no HVAC experience need not to apply. Available to work at least 1 Saturday every 3 weeks.
