Description

Chesapeake Real Producers 3rd Anniversary Beach Party Hi CRP Agent/Broker, Please join us in celebrating our 3rd Anniversary In Print! Get ready to kick off the 2021 summer season at our beach-themed party which will be hosted on Thursday, June 3rd from 5 pm to 8 pm, at the Annapolis Maritime Museum in Eastport, MD. Our Mission Admission practice of collecting donations (any amount is greatly appreciated) from all attendees gives our networking opportunities a deeper purpose by allowing CRP to make a direct impact on our local communities and causes that are near and dear to all of you. ALL proceeds from this next event will be split between Fish For a Cure & The Autism Project of MD. **Please note: this is a voluntary event and we understand if you are not ready to get together in a group setting so please do not feel obligated. If you are still interested in making a donation to the charities, you can do so using the donation-only option on this registration. Guidelines of what to expect: -Overall attendance will max out at 100. Limit one ticket per attendee. Every attendee must register. Attendance is prioritized for current CRP members and will sell out, so please do not wait to RSVP. We may have extra tickets become available last minute, so feel free to reach out to us ([email protected]) to be included on the waiting list. -Join us for drinks and appetizers provided by our favorite caterer, Bowl of Cherries. We will have a Caribbean-themed signature drink and be featuring live music by Orlando Phillips, a Caribbean Steel Drum Musician. -We are on RAIN or SHINE. Weather permitting, this event will be hosted outside. The venue has a main covered deck and a separate grassy outdoor area with a small beach. If it rains, we will reorganize it into the McNasby building and covered deck area. -Limited parking spots are available at Horn Point Marina, lots next to Weems & Plath, or there's parking throughout the neighborhood. Please do not park at Eastport Yacht Center and try not to block the driveways of residents or businesses. Otherwise, please consider taking an uber, walking, boating, water taxi, or carpooling. -The venue is water accessible. A handful of boat slips are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Water Taxi drop off/pick up Phone: 410-263-0033 -Dress is business casual or party casual (sundress or jeans is fine.) Please consider appropriate shoes for decking and grass. Masks must be worn inside the building at all times, unless you are seated, eating, or drinking. -COVID safety measures are still a requirement. Masks will be provided at check-in and you are required to wear them whenever you are inside the building. Signed disclaimers and contact information will also be requested at the door for contact tracing. Extra staff is being provided by the caterer to make sure safety measures are taken with food service. -Please use your best judgment and do not attend if you have not been feeling well, recently exposed, or traveling outside of the state. Looking forward to celebrating with you!
