Busy GC looking for an assistant to help him out on jobs. Perfect position for someone looking to get into the interior renovations business. Task will include, but not limited: - Opening up job sites, getting trades started - Maintaining job side to keep clean and tidy - Doing small onsite tasks for the GC like painting, compounding etc. - Meeting subs on site to let them in - 100% fluent in English is a must and knowing Spanish is a big plus! - Must be able to travel from job sites in NYC to Brooklyn and Brooklyn to NYC with no issues - Running errands for the GC - The right candidate will have a "can do attitude" and "no excuses" just do your job - Growth potential for the right candidate!
