need a few tasks done in an industrial space in brooklyn. 1. painting window frames (large industrial windows 30'x6' and patching with compound to make watertight), along with some miscellaneous drywall patching between wall and frames 2. painting ceiling and walls (1600sq loft) 3. remove existing interior door and reframe so door is flush with wall, install new lock 4. paint/seal floor with white epoxy
