Established Basement Waterproofing Company Seeks a Foreman to lead a crew to install our basement waterproofing systems at both residential and commercial properties. Position reports to our production manager who reviews job plans with foreman. Individual will be responsible to understand expectations, direct and work alongside his crew to prepare and load trucks with required materials, drive our truck to the job sites and prepare site for installation. Installing our system of pipe, stone and sumps with pumps and completing job in a timely and clean manner. Must be able to communicate with our customers, have a valid MA drivers license, valid Medical DOT card and be willing to be a leader to develop our workers to increase their skills. Prior experience with jack hammering, rotary hammer, fork lifts and hand tools and knowledge of sump pumps preferred. Labor intensive. We will train on our method. This position is full time and overtime is customary, but not guaranteed. We welcome experienced laborers to bring their knowledge and skillset to our company to help us meet the great demand of work that we are experiencing.
