Vinyasa yoga uses the breath as a channel for guiding the body through unique poses and sequences, cultivating strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Through encouraging informed choice-making in the form of modifications and variations, this class provides a space for seasoned yogis to explore more challenging poses, while also creating a beginner-friendly experience which incorporates gentle stretching and a meditative Savasana at the end of class. Bring your yoga mat and mask, and join us for an outdoor yoga adventure which will leave you feeling calm and uplifted. Melanie is a certified and free-spirited yoga teacher who is studying Psychology at Clark University. She specializes in offering Trauma-Conscious Yoga that is empowering and accessible for all bodies, while also incorporating creative playlists, sequences, and themes. This is an outdoor event.
