Looking for part-time grounds keeper / landscaper for Statesville and Hickory apartment communities. Flexible hours, average of 1-2 work days per week. Must have drivers license and good driving record. All materials and equipment supplied by owner including 1-ton truck, diesel riding mowers, and landscaping tools. Must have ability to safely drive and back a trailer. Responsibilities will include: - Lawn maintenance, mowing - Routine maintenance of equipment, including diesel riding mowers - Small engine repair - Weed maintenance as required - Pressure wash buildings as required - Garbage pickup - Prune trees and shrubs as required - Backpack blowing of breezeways and parking lots - Clean office and bathrooms as required - Mulching during leaf season - Other landscaping / grounds keeping duties as required
