Yoga asana with a live DJ and deep exhales; the first and third Saturday of each month taught outside and in unique spaces. You’re invited to drop into yoga asana on a phat beat with a live DJ and some deep exhales; the first and third Saturday of each month taught outside by yogis of color. This experience will include purposeful intention setting, mindfulness & meditation, and visualization practices you can use for manifesting the life you want to live so you can become your ancestor’s wildest dream. Classes are accessible for many levels and offers multiple variations to assist your body and style. All are welcome! Inclusion is important.
