GRC is seeking SKILLED Experienced Construction Workers for various projects in and around the Louisiana area. We are a fast-paced commercial/residential construction company primarily doing demo and build out/renovation projects. We are looking for a crew of skilled, efficient, and safety-minded workers for various commercial and residential projects. We have long-term work available for the right candidates in a variety of positions. Applicants should have construction industry experience and access to reliable transportation WORKERS such as framers, concrete finishing, carpentry, drywallers, painters and electricians are in especially high demand. We offer a consistent work schedule and competitive pay. The ideal candidates will be capable of working with minimal supervision yet willing to follow directions closely. Additionally, he or she should be familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures to ensure project security. Must have a willingness to work outdoors in various conditions, including hot and cold weather. Must meet construction work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards, resolving operational problems. Performs tasks involving physical labor in commercial construction projects Clean and maintain construction equipment appropriately Demo, clean up and haul away Maintains a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
