Join us for a monthly mindfulness groups for mamas to-be, with meditation, breathwork, emotional clearing methods & authentic connection. It's true when they say not only a child is born - throughout your journey into motherhood, you are also preparing your mind, body, and soul to welcome your own rebirth. Through the use of various mindfulness modalities, we will offer a safe place to dive deep into being a spiritual mama. You will learn how to support your journey through meditation, breathwork, emotional clearing methods, and authentic connection with other women who are on the same path. We are here to welcome your organic, true, and emotional experience in becoming a mother. ~ This group is led by Emily Fenger of Mindful Mamas Wellness. Emily is a certified meditation teacher, breath coach, and integrative wellness coach. She has spent the last decade diving deep into her meditation practice and expanding her knowledge on various alternative therapy techniques. Emily's background is in wellness program development and helping others connect with their authentic selves. She has worked with all ages, from helping young girls celebrate their unique voices to supporting seniors in navigating their physical and mental health. Emily gave birth to her first child almost two years ago and was faced with the realms of postpartum depression and anxiety - she knows that without her training and experience in mindfulness, this chapter would have been a much darker place. It is through these trainings and techniques that she was able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Her soul is humbled by this experience and honored to hold space for mamas and those expecting in their journey into spiritual, emotional, and mental motherhood. Emily offers her clients a safe place to connect with their true selves and break through walls and release no longer serving beliefs. It is through connecting within that we regain the empowerment to connect without hesitation or limitations. Emily offers meditation workshops, 1:1 or group breathwork sessions, 1:1 or group coaching, and intention hikes. She also runs a monthly e-newsletter, Meraki, which celebrates the voices and stories of various womxn.
