SUMMER JOB - HIRING THROUGH SEPTEMBER. We are a group of young, enthusiastic, and fun individuals. We work hard but like to play hard also. Often times the team will hang out after work to go grab a beer, go on ride bikes, or for a paddle. Job Overview Under general direction from the Operations Manager, you will help with the daily activities of order fulfillment. As a vital part of the Operations Team, this role works to ensure that we add value through the quality and accuracy of order processing. Responsibilities and Duties • Order Fulfillment – Picking and Shipping • Order Receiving – Purchase Orders and RMAs • Inventory replenishment and accuracy • Print and check incoming pick tickets • Locate products using technology • Operates scanners so that the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accurately • Ensures that orders are picked accurately and efficiently • Retrieve orders according to quantity, size, ensuring accuracy • Stages items correctly for delivery • Plans and monitors product storage and dispatch • Ensures daily warehouse goals are met • Focus on excellent customer service and take great care in every order we receive, pick, pack, and ship to customers • Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment • Ensures daily warehouse goals are met • Attention to detail • Ability to work well in a team environment while also being able to self-motivate • Works well in a fast-paced environment Qualifications • Dependability – be consistently on time • Possess an energetic can-do attitude.
