In person Sunday worship service participant We have reduced our in-person seating capacity to 35 people, so each service has limited space. Please register for each member of your family that will attend. If you are a Liturgist, Soloist, Tech Team Participant or Usher a seat will be already reserved for you on your assigned Sunday. No registration on your part is needed. If additional family members will be attending with you, they must register separately. This process is being followed as part of the recommended guidelines to minimize the spread of COVID-19, but the danger of potential exposure still remains. Please be advised that the COVID-19 virus has not been eradicated and that indoor gathering by a large group of people for a considerable amount of time is still considered a high risk activity and each person should consider their level of vulnerability. By your participation, you affirm that you have not had a temperature of over 100.4 degrees or have experienced any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 in the hours preceding the service. If any of these symptoms arise, please cancel your reservation so those on the waiting list may be admitted. You can also call us at 732-899-0587 with updates. Enter the sanctuary from the main entrance on Bay Avenue or using the ramp off the parking lot starting at 9:40 am when the doors will open. Temperature checks and wellness questions will be recorded upon your arrival.Wearing a face covering will be required for admission and must be worn throughout the service.In an effort to minimize movement, the congregation will only stand at a few designated moments of the service.The congregation will not join in singing, but is encouraged to meditate on the lyrics or pray them silently when they are prayers or hum the melody quietly as a background to the cantor. Passing of the peace will not involve physical contact (except in family groups), but you are encouraged to wave to others or share other visible signs of peace.Children will not come forward for children’s sermon and childcare will not be provided.Offering plates are available at the entrance and exit for your convenience but an offering will not be taken as a part of worship. Electronic contributions are gladly received still. Continue to be mindful of maintaining a safe distance once outside the building, should you choose to greet other worship participants since refreshments cannot be served.
