Wednesday night pre-sign for practice at Capitol City BMX (6-9 PM Hours of Operation) Join us at Capitol City BMX on Wednesday nights for some BMX track time! Please remember when you are at the track that individuals are encouraged to social distance at the facility. If you are unable to social distance, masks are recommended. If you are feeling ill or experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, please stay home.
