I am looking for someone to help with maintenance of two homes that I maintain for mildly disabled persons. You will enjoy a variety of work. It may be painting, plumbing or electric repair, siding repair, outside cleanup, or minor landscaping i.e. lawn and leaf work. Event have a way of making other, possibly unpredictable demands. My own home has similar needs. The ideal person will have at least some experience with DIY home maintenance experience and basic skill in use of tools. Any motivated partially skilled person who could be trained for this work, a person fully engaged in maintenance, or someone semi-retired who just needs some constructive activity would be acceptable. Disability issues need not necessarily be a deal-breaker. Depending on your skills, work habits and other considerations, pay will be from $15 to $23/ hour, possibly more. I have done most all of the work myself for the past several years and have almost all of the tools and equipment necessary. But it is expected that you will have at least a basic set of hand tools, more would be preferred. This would be a part time position adaptable to your schedule.
