Join us Saturday, May 15th at San Diego's premier creative space for our debut Photographer & Model Meetup to level-up your portfolio! Join us Saturday, May 15th at San Diego's premier creative space for our debut Photographer & Model Meetup! Expand your portfolio; show off your talent; challenge and improve your skills and knowledge; and network with others who also have a passion for photography. Hosted by ALLTHETHINGZZ SPACE, a creative complex that is colorful, vibrant, and full of art. We are transforming our 3000sq ft outdoor lot into a photographer and model's paradise, with no less than 12 unique backgrounds/sets to choose from. Our newest feature at the space is a 550sq ft photography studio, equipped with light stands, strobes, seamless backdrops, and more! Additionally, Nelson Photo will have demos of lighting equipment throughout the event- you do not want to miss this! Don't forget to bring business cards and your portfolio, etc. This is a great networking opportunity! Please read the entire description for event details and policies/requirements. RSVP requested, but not required Photographers pay to play $40. (limited tickets available) >>INCLUDED IN EVENT FEE: - Use of over 12 very unique outdoor backdrops and sets - Work with multiple models (you may bring your own models as well!) - Snacks and beverages - Nelson Photo equipment demo -Social Media promotion on Allthethingzz Space Instagram (if desired) >>Additional cost add-ons you can purchase on site: - Mermaid pool with 2 mermaids - Reserved 15 min appointment slots in studio with seamless backdrops _______________________ POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS: - All participants must sign a liability waiver upon check-in, and undergo a temperature screening. - All attendees agree to abide by our procedures complying with social distancing and Covid screening practices. If you have a temperature of 102 or higher, you will not be allowed to participate. - Model releases will be provided on site. All photographers must get model releases from each model they partner with, prior to posting any photos from the event - Any attendee participating in any of our Photography meetups will be required to provide each model and ALLTHETHINGZZ SPACE a minimum of 2 images within 30 days of the Meetup. - CONSENT is required prior to physically touching any model. This is mandatory. You may bring outfit changes -We will have items for you to try on/play with, from ALLTHETHINGZZ closet. -The photography studio has a dressing room available for changing clothes. There is a vanity within the studio for touch ups as well, but please come ready to shoot, with hair and makeup already done. -Bring your business cards and/or portfolio to network and let photographers know how to get you your photos! -Remember to take breaks, and above all, do not let anyone talk you into anything that you are uncomfortable with. This is a safe space, and Catherine/Christina will be available if you need any assistance.
