Our company with 20+ year reputation, with the community of Chico, is looking to hire a maintenance technician for summer move-outs and turn-overs. Candidate must have knowledge of the following: *Basic plumbing *Carpentry *Door Installation: remove and replace interior doors, exterior doors (pre-hung slab), sliding glass doors & sliding screen doors. *Window screens *various move-out/turn-over repairs *Electrical Install fixtures: electrical fixtures, light switches, covers and receptacles *Sheetrock repair *Drywall Drywall: patching, matching (existing texture) hang tape and texture. *Painting *Tile and concrete *Tile: install and repair (basic knowledge) The Candidate is responsible for time management, daily reports, mileage and timecards. Must have a personal vehicle, current drivers license with proof of current insurance and current registration. Must have basic hand tools. Must have great customer service. Please email resume
