Established pool service and repair company looking for an additional technician/trainee to join our team! $20 to $25 hour plus bonuses... Part time position for trainees. Full time is avail for experienced technicians. Must have a pickup truck and want to work on 1099 (self employed) basis. Clean driving record required. Responsibilities include: * Managing your own route Monday - Friday * Maintaining customer pools at top-level quality * Proactively taking care of minor repairs/part replacements * Communicating needed repairs outside of your capability or training Ideal Candidate Characteristics: * Strong work ethic * Someone who likes to work alone * Flexible schedule * Really great at customer interaction * Technical aptitude to learn/understand technology and diagnose/solve issues * Eager to learn how to make more money * Ability to follow instructions Must haves: * Good work ethic, including good customer service skills * Clean DMV Record (required upon hire) * Ability to lift and move up to 50+ pounds several times a day. * Must be self motivating (“self starter and self finisher”) * No colorblindness (reading color coded tests required for job) * Willingness to work outdoors in all weather elements including heat, cold, rain and wind *** Able to swim To apply, send resume with relevant work experience by replying to Craig's List email
