ATTENTION NORTON RESIDENTS - Just a reminder that all outside water use, which is provided through the water distribution system, is to be conducted with the use of handheld hoses only! Sprinklers and irrigation systems prohibited unless the water is supplied by a private well.
Please see the following from the Water Department's Rules and Regulations:
2.13 OUTSIDE WATER USE – All outside water use is restricted to handheld hoses only.
Violation of this regulation will result in the following fines: First Offense - $150.00 Fine Second Offense - $300.00 Fine Third Offense- $300.00 Fine and Termination of Service
NO LAWN SPRINKLERS OR IRRIGATION SYSTEMS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED TO BE CONNECTED TO THE MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM EVER.
