Connect with mother earth by devoting time to yourself and experience the tranquil moments found within Forest Bathing. This class is accessible to ALL as it is FREE , with the opportunity to donate to Habitual Roots Nonprofit. Habitual Roots is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to connecting communities by spreading the knowledge of emotional intelligence and mindfulness. What to bring: comfortable clothes and walking shoes (we will be on unpaved trails), water, pen, paper, and an open mind! Where to Find Us: Meet at the sidewalk entrance to the Nature Preserve Center in the back right of the park. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in.
