In order for our data analytic approach to result in meaningful equitable change for our diverse students, it must be carried out within a concerted ecosystem that recognizes the institution is made up of interrelated offices and teams. The new retention dashboards within our data analytic ecosystem allows us to identify trends for better coordination and completion rates. Facilitators: Dr. Justin E.
