Stress Less Plant-Based Cooking
With all the buzz about how nutrient dense plant-based foods are, did you know that there are also some that can help you to control your stress levels? Helping faculty incorporate foods into their diet that help to reduce stress is a great way to keep those levels balanced. In this workshop, we will demonstrate three simple plant-based food preparations that help to control stress levels. We will also provide the ingredient lists to participants so that they are able to cook along with the facilitator. A list of foods that help to reduce or control stress will also be discussed and administered to participants.
