Pearson Pool Company is hiring a pool service technician for full-time work. We are seeking an individual who is reliable, positive, motivated, and hard working who has a customer service focused attitude and TAKES PRIDE IN HIS OR HER WORK. Healthcare, vacation and sick are offered after the probationary period. We offer eight paid holidays and a paid week off during Christmas/New Years. Applicants with prior experience and a solid work history may receive higher compensation than listed wage. Performance bonuses are issued with every paycheck on top of hourly wage. Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain swimming pools on a weekly basis - Perform water chemistry evaluation - Add necessary chemicals - Keep truck clean, organized and stocked - Notify office of repairs as needed - Attend meetings as scheduled Requirements: - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Able to work in all weather conditions - Able to swim - Must be able to start at 7am and work overtime if needed - Prior experience preferred, but we will train the right person Pre-hire Requirements: - DMV Printout - Drug Test Email resume or apply in person at: Pearson Pool Company 1768 McCormick St. Turlock, CA 95380
