Pool Construction Laborer Pearson Pool Company is hiring a pool construction laborer for full-time work. We are seeking an individual who is reliable, positive, motivated, and hard-working who has a detail-oriented attitude and TAKES PRIDE IN HIS OR HER WORK. We are looking to add the right person to our construction crew. This team member will assist in operating backhoes on digs, tying rebar, plumbing pools, installing equipment, etc. They will report to/work with our construction foreman daily on job sites. We are offering a competitive starting wage. Healthcare, vacation and sick pay are offered after the probationary period. Applicants with proven prior experience and a solid work history may receive higher compensation. Responsibilities: - Assist construction foreman in daily projects/operations - Maintain safety/cleanliness of job site - Help prepare supplies/trucks/trailers for workday - Attend safety meetings as scheduled Requirements: - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Able to work in all weather conditions - Must be able to start at 7am and work overtime if needed - Prior experience preferred, but we will train the right person Desired Qualifications: - Plumbing experience - Heavy machinery operation - Construction experience - Knowledge of pools and pool equipment/construction - Truck/trailer driving experience Pre-hire Requirements: - DMV Printout - Background Check - Drug Test Email resume or apply in person at: Pearson Pool Company 1768 McCormick St. Turlock, CA 95380
